Julie works with clients and families to fulfill their estate planning goals related to tax efficient wealth preservation, succession concerns, navigating the probate process, and leaving a lasting personal legacy.

Julie’s practice focuses on the design and implementation of complex estate plans and intra-family transactions. Julie routinely drafts wills, powers of attorney, trust agreements, corporate governance documents, and transaction documents. Additionally, Julie represents fiduciaries in connection with estate administrations and related probate procedures. She also advises clients on income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax matters, including the preparation of federal estate and gift tax returns.

Julie began her career in the private clients section of a large Houston law firm prior to joining Gyeszly + Prangner in 2025.
