Arielle Prangner
Member
Arielle Prangner is an experienced attorney whose practice is focused on advising clients as they prepare for and maneuver through life’s transitions. Arielle collaborates closely with individuals, families, closely-held family businesses, charitable organizations, and family offices to craft tailored, tax efficient solutions that align with each client’s values and priorities while being mindful of family relationships and tolerance for complexity.
Her practice focuses on estate planning, including the design, implementation, and administration of comprehensive wealth preservation and transfer strategies, complex trust and estate matters, business succession planning, charitable giving and exempt organizations, and marital property issues. She also advises clients on a spectrum of related issues, including income, estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer taxes, and assists in the preparation of federal gift tax returns and estate tax returns.
Arielle began her career in the estate planning section of a large Houston law firm. She subsequently practiced with a boutique estate planning firm in Houston prior to forming Gyeszly + Prangner.
